Unlike other warmup tools that use static engagement patterns, MailOptimal offers dynamic, human-like interactions for your emails. Our AI-powered bots adjust warmup patterns based on your deliverability status to optimize engagement.

When you enable email warmup for an account, it joins our pool of warmup users. MailOptimal then automatically sends warmup emails from your account to other users in the pool. These emails are processed—opened, replied to, and marked as important—by our algorithm. After activating the warm-up, you might receive warmup emails from other MailOptimal users. You don't need to take any action on those emails because MailOptimal's automated warmup system processes those emails in your inbox automatically.

This process is reciprocal, with other users sending warmup emails to you. This network of realistic email exchanges enhances your sender reputation, making you appear trustworthy to email service providers (ESPs). As a result, your emails are more likely to land in the primary folder, leading to higher open rates with your actual prospects and leads.
