Enhance the deliverability of your email template by incorporating it into your warm-up process. This practice will help improve the template's overall performance.


Using the "Template" feature, you can include your custom template in the warm-up process, ensuring it is sent to the warm up network where it will be opened and marked as important or starred.


To add your custom template to the warm-up process and improve its deliverability, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the MailOptimal dashboard, click on "Template," and then click "Create New Template."

Step 2: Enter the template name, subject details, and the email content.

Step 3: Select the email address you want to send the custom template from. You can select multiple email addresses.

Step 4: To start sending warm-up emails with your custom template:

  • Go to your MailOptimal dashboard.
  • Click on your email address and the warm-up settings will appear.
  • Click on "Settings" and under "Warmup Email Text," select "Custom Template" and click "Save."

    • This will send the warm-up emails using your custom template, helping to improve its deliverability

    Note: If you have many templates, you can search by the template name to quickly find the one you need.
